Festival of the Moving Image
”Collaboration”

This project involved creating a printed promotional poster for CCSF’s BEMA department. The event was a film festival featuring student films at the Roxie Theater in San Francisco.

The theme for this year was “Collaboration”. To quickly grab a passerby’s attention, a strong orange color was used. To help viewers quickly get the point of the poster across (a film related festival), a central graphic of a film reel was made, bites were drawing (or in this case, removed) from the reel to subtly hint at the theme of collaboration.
