City College of San Francisco Theatre Department (Improv)

This project involved creating a printed promotional poster for CCSF’s Theatre Department. The client wanted a reusable poster that can be handwritten on for future improv shows they host either on campus or at other venues.

This solution incorporates the reusability aspect directly into the design by having two blank fillable spaces, one for the date and one for the location.

The design itself utilizes a common gesture used in improv called “breaking the fourth wall” in which the performer calls out to the audience.
