Etc. Magazine Back Cover

This project involved creating a back cover for Etc. Magazine. The idea was to promote CCSF’s journalism department. A variety of taglines were available for our choosing and “Uncover the Truth” was the final tagline chosen for this design.

This solution utilizes an image of dirt with a hole dug out of it. Hidden underneath is the word TRUTH; a strong graphic and visual representation of a journalist’s duties to dig deeper than surface level information.
